Each project should provide and include the following information:
- The title of the project
- The County where the group and project is based
- Name and Address of the organisation and details of the responsible person to be contacted
- Age range and number of young people in the group
Each application MUST be endorsed by the county’s High Sheriff and this is included in the completed form. Please go directly to our on-line Application Form via this link . Applications are now on line only.
