 to a National Crimebeat Award

From classrooms to high streets, young people across England and Wales are turning lived experience into action. They are designing and running projects to make our communities safer and happier places to live.

The National Crimebeat Awards are designed to recognise the amazing work of these young people, celebrating the brightest, boldest, and most effective youth-led safety projects.

Anyone can put forward a project for a National Crimebeat Award, providing it meets the following criteria:

  • It is delivered by young people aged 25 and under, and they are
    involved in the management of the project
  • It prevents/reduces crime or anti-social behaviour, or supports
    victims of crime.

Gather Required
Information

Put together a clear overview of your project, including metrics, community feedback and key details to demonstrate its impact. Having this information ready will make it easy to showcase your success.

Obtain High Sheriff Endorsement

Contact your local High Sheriff to share details about your project – they will be delighted to hear from you! Find your local High Sheriff.

Complete the Online Application Form

Complete our application form on our website. Once complete, send it to your High Sheriff and they will submit it on your behalf.
